On April 25-26, the Lithuanian capital will host what is presented as “one of the world’s largest conferences for crypto investments” Crypto Capital World.

The organizers say that the country has quickly become a major player in the crypto economy and is among the world’s top ten countries by the number of current ICOs. Besides, the country “is luring” fintech businesses with a favourable regulatory environment, large talent pool and the approachability of top governmental bodies.  

Scheduled to be held in “the heart of this established and growing fintech movement,” the forum seeks to bring together major crypto players and industry leaders to discuss the current ICO and blockchain project investment scene and assess the quality of investment opportunities.

The event will feature four subsequent sessions:

• Investment, aimed to assess the investment opportunities in the field
• Regulation, which seeks to discuss “the challenges in creating a transparent, clear and friendly regulatory environment for the technology to flourish”
• Technology and research, dedicated to the synergy between Blockchain, AI, the Internet-of-Things and “the rise of the machines”
• Marketing, which will feature “marketing gurus” sharing their experience of “how to turn Cinderella to a Princess”

Among the expected speakers at the event are Timothy Draper, a venture capitalist at Draper Associates, and John Matonis, founding director of The Bitcoin Foundation.

The agenda will also feature a business breakfast Crypto Market Watch.
