Digital TV broadcasting has been launched in Sakhalin region in testing mode, regional officials report. The digital TV stations have been installed in 12 out of 19 municipal districts in the region. In the city of Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and some other municipalities test broadcasting is delayed due to technical difficulties in equipment installation.

Krasnoyarsk industrial park to be completed in 2015

Construction of the long-planned industrial park in Krasnoyarsk is now scheduled to begin in 2012, according to Deputy Minister of the Economy and Regional Development Vladimir Osipenko.
