Rostelecom, Russia’s national telecommunications operator, is to acquire Qwerty, a Moscow broadband Internet provider, Russian business daily Kommersant revealed earlier this week referring to unnamed sources. Qwerty is indirectly owned by Svyazinvest, Rostelecom’s main shareholder.
