Gazprom in talks to acquire German energy and telecom operator Envacom

Germany’s anti-monopoly authorities announced that Gazprom Marketing & Trading (GM&T), a subsidiary of the Russian gas giant, requested their approval to be considered for an acquisition of Envacom.
