Vladislav Shirobokov is a co-founder of East-West Digital News. He brings an extensive experience in business development and event production in the fields of telecom, digital content, e-commerce and, more broadly, innovative industries. Mr. Shirobokov is a graduate of the faculty of International Relations at St Petersburg State University. He also obtained an EMBA in general management at the Stockholm School of Economics.
