Mary Shelukho, 22, is a student at Moscow's Higher School of Economics in the Faculty of Media Communications. She previously graduated with honors from Saint-Petersburg State University, where she earned two degrees: the first in Cultural Studies and and the second in Translation (Business English). She is currently working for RBK daily newspaper in the IT and Media Department.

Russian fund invests in Israeli VAS Unicell

TMT Investments announced last week that it has acquired a 10% stake in Unicell, a leading mobile application service and content provider in Israel, for 10.4 million shekels, or approximately $2.96 million. This transaction seems to mark the first investment of a Russian company in a mobile content provider outside the former USSR.
