Earlier this week, major Russian software licensing and IT service provider Softline announced it opened a representatice office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Malaysian office, which already employs ten people, specializes in licensing software from leading international and Russian publishers.
Founded in 1993, Softline is a Moscow based international provider of IT solutions and services, including training and consulting services as well technical and legal support. Softline also offers IT outsourcing to develop, support and optimize IT infrastructure for businesses. The company employs over 1,700 people and its aggregate turnover totaled $456 million in 2010. Softline has a strong international presence with representative offices in 24 countries and 68 cities around the world as of the end of last year.
