Russian Academy of Sciences and top university to use Big Data to analyze international relations

The Institute for System Programming of the Russian Academy of Sciences (ISP RAS) and the Moscow State Institute for International Relations (MGIMO) have signed an agreement to jointly develop a platform for Big Data analysis in the field of international relations.

This platform will be used by students and researchers to solve applied problems of Russia’s ministry of foreign affairs.

The parties will also implement joint research projects related to the digital transformation of medical institutions. These works will be supported by a data processing platform called ’Talisman,’ which was created by the Institute.
