National telecom operator VimpelCom, working under Beeline brand, has announced a purchase of 100% shares in Yaroslavl telecom SeverTransCom, working under LANK Telecom brand.
The deal price reportedly came in at $12 million, including $7 million to be used to redeem SeverTransCom’s debt.
SeverTransCom provides telephone and Internet services to over 3,000 corporate clients and 4,000 private users.
