Internet-of-Things highlighted this week at Moscow conference

The Internet of Things already surrounds us, with the number of connected devices is increasing every moment – from medical gadgets, to energy technologies, to a diversity of devices in the fields of education, transportation, and the environment.

As Russia’s IoT community is emerging, the second yearly exhibition and conference “The Internet of Things” will take place this Thursday, Oct. 29, in Moscow, in partnership with East-West Digital News.

The event will feature two streams: one for developers and start-ups, the other one for industrial and technical stuff.

Among top industry representatives and experts speaking at the conference will be Sean Gardner, a famous US social media expert and Ed Kay, a representative of Taiwanese microelectronics giant MediaTek, as well as representatives from Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Tibbo, PTC, Kaspersky Lab, Yandex.Money, Skolkovo, iRidium, Evika and others.

Featured in the exhibition area will be the sensational smartband Onetrak and other wearable gadgets. Attendees will also enjoy a presentation of the cutting-edge technologies of Tibbo, iRidium, Mango, RelayR, MAWY GmbH, Rulemotion Ltd. and others.
