From web optimization to e-commerce solutions, French tech entrepreneurs try their luck in Russia

French Tech, a government-backed initiative aiming to support French startups and tech entrepreneurs across the world, launched its Moscow chapter in 2015. The community now gathers some 200 members, including tech entrepreneurs, representatives of French and Russian tech companies, funds and accelerators, as well as key institutions.

French Tech Moscow has published on Medium a series of interviews with entrepreneurs and executives who exemplify the relatively modest, but promising activities of French tech companies in Russia.

The series features Euryale Chatelard, founder of web optimization studio Opal Agency; Diana Potokina, Russian Head of business development at Linagora, a French IT service company; Jean-Noël Rivasseau, co-founder and CTO of Kameleoon, a French provider of e-commerce solutions with strong activity in Russia; Vitaly Shtyrkin, Head of Investments and Innovations in Orange Business Services Russia and CIS; and many others.
