LINAGORA is honoured to invite you to a conference that will take place in Moscow on the 5th of June just before St Petersburg International Economic Forum-2019 (June 6-8).
The conference is dedicated to the issues and challenges of the digital economy and as well to cooperation between Russian and French digital ecosystems. Participants will explore a ‘Third digital way’ between the USA and Chinese Internet giants, and how open source could be a new driver for digital economy and innovation in Russia.
In addition of these topics the second panel speakers will discuss h ow Russia can take advantage from using open source in order to be more independent and to develop its digital sovereignty; and how is it possible to create innovative and scalable digital services.
The conference is one of the milestones within the roadmap of the French-Russian Digital Business Alliance, the initiative that developed under patronage of the French and Russian Ministries of Economy and Finance. The alliance comprises representatives of two countries from the fields of artificial intelligence, internet of things, open source, e-government.
The goal of the alliance is to create a business community, whose members will not just broadcast to the public the current challenges and issues in the above areas, but also work on creating co-innovations that are designed to provide their users with ethical technologies and digital independence from the well-known Internet giants from the USA and Chinese markets.
As a part of the French-Russian Digital Business Alliance, LINAGORA took an initiative to organize the conference that aims to gather at one site relevant to the topic of the conference political decision-makers, representatives of the governments and business. We believe that dialogue between these people will help to create a solid collaboration between both countries.
The program of the conference will include roundtables and expert discussions as well as rich networking opportunities.
