Russian programmers excel not only in “hacking” US elections. They also top international competitions, as exemplified by the results of the International Collegiate Programming Contest (ICPC) over the past years. While winning this contest is the dream of all IT students the world, Russians did it this year for the eighth time – ahead of teams from Oxford, Berkeley, MIT, Harvard, Caltech, and others – as reported by EWDN.
