3D Print Expo 2016: 5,000 attendees expected in Moscow (Nov. 17-18)

The fourth edition of 3D Print Expo 2016, which claims to be the largest industry event in Eastern Europe dedicated to additive technologies, will be held on November 17-18 at Sokolniki Moscow exhibition center. Some 5,000 attendees are expected.

The event will bring together the representatives of the largest local and foreign companies, developers, suppliers, investors, and entrepreneurs interested in additive technologies development.

The two-day conference will feature two major topics: development of additive technologies industry (November 17) and application of 3D printing and scanning in various areas (November 18).

The program will include:

  • A large-scale exhibition and presentation of modern additive technologies from major local and foreign companies;
  • A number of round tables with Skolkovo representatives to discuss their experience of additive technologies when applied to the manufacturing industry;
  • Workshops for children and adults from leading 3D printing and scanning specialists;
  • The ‘3D Print Awards 2016,’ a ceremony to recognize the best industry players.
  • Interactive areas, 3D art galleries and lounge areas.

The attendees will also enjoy a 3D-oriented entertainment program, including a music band playing 3D-printed musical instruments and a show of superheroes.
