Arguably one of the most influential startup and venture capital events in the CEE region, the Belgrade Venture Forum will be held on November 12-14 in the Serbian capital, attracting hundreds of industry players from the region and beyond.
Intended for entrepreneurs and investors, as well as for corporations and governments, the forum will feature this year 50 speakers, 70 investors, 30 pitching companies — not counting 300 startups brought in by Pioneers of the Balkans — with 100 matchmaking meetings and dozens of hours of lectures.
Among the guest speakers will be venture capitalists from virtually all the countries of the region as well as from the USA, Italy, Belgium and Turkey.
A special Russia round table will gather representatives of Maxfield Capital and Runa Capital as well as Russian tech businessmen operating in Serbia. It will be moderated by EWDN’s chief editor Adrien Henni and CEE representative Armin Konjalic.
The event is being organized by Serbian Venture Network (SeVeN), an association aming to promote entrepreneurship and business development across South-East Europe. Its members are from Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Macedonia, Bulgaria and Albania.
