  • White paper: A mathematical approach to solve the problem of outsource or insource – IXcellerate has published a new whitepaper on a datacenter buy or build guide titled ‘Outsource or Insource, A Mathematical Approach: [F-(R+M+T)] x C = S’. The whitepaper approaches the problem in trend with a universal solution – a mathematical equation that however looks way beyond the cost factor. The elements in the equation represent Facility, Risks, Money, Time, Control & Security, and Selecting the right providers, respectively. As discussed in the whitepaper, each of these fundamental elements should be considered carefully and thoroughly, and selecting the right provider is crucial. The full whitepaper can be downloaded from the IXcellerate and IDC-G websites.
