In the fall of each year, CEE-SECR, the software engineering industry’s key event in Russia and Central Europe, brings together researchers from computer science, IT, and software engineering academia as well as practitioners from private industry and government.
This year’s event will be held November 1st and 2nd at Digital October, a top tech center and event venue in Moscow.
The conference gladly invites industry experts, players and sponsors to submit their proposals to participate in the event until June 30th. The Program Committee invites speaker submissions for the following conference tracks:
- Software Engineering Research and Practice, including cloud computing, agile methodologies, mobile applications, software for banking and finance, programming technologies and tools, software quality assurance, project and product management, usability and user experience;
- Human Capital and Education;
- Business and Entrepreneurship in the computer software industry.
Selected research papers will be included in a special issue of ‘Software Engineering’ and the IEEE magazines. A special award of 1,000 euros for the best paper has been established by Program Committee member Bertrand Meyer.
